Cancellation Policy
Rabbit Ears Motel reserves the right to withhold $25 per person on either a package or nightly basis as a handling fee on any confirmed reservation (where deposit has been received which is canceled.) We reserve the right to withhold the entire deposit on packages or nightly basis when a confirmed reservation is canceled with less that 30 days notice. Credit Card guarantee will be accepted on close-in reservations only, person has 3 days prior to arrival to cancel without penalty, within 3 days one night is charged to Credit Card.
